1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gl777 ("gl777," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the gl777 website at https://gl777.cam and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces, services, products, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of gl777 gaming services — including casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer tables, and slots — you must register a player account. The following conditions govern account registration and maintenance:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gl777 facilitates deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine-based payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Currency: All transactions on the gl777 Platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Deposit Responsibility: All funds deposited into your gl777 wallet must originate from a payment method owned by and registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by gl777 and displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may change from time to time without prior notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting Rules

• Responsible Gaming Limits: Players who have set deposit or staking limits through gl777's responsible gaming tools will have those limits enforced by the Platform. Self-imposed limits cannot be removed or increased within a cooling-off period specified at the time of their application.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the gl777 Platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with gl777 games or the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — whether intentional or discovered accidentally — to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other players on the gl777 Platform to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, or otherwise distort fair competition in multi-player games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gl777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, icons, game software, sound files, data compilations, and all other material — is the exclusive property of gl777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine laws on copyright and trademark.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the gl777 Platform without prior written authorization from gl777.

The gl777 name, logo, and all related marks are the intellectual property of gl777. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use gl777's trademarks, service marks, or trade names.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gl777 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gl777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interrupted or delayed access to the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server outages, or events beyond gl777's reasonable control (including natural disasters, regulatory interventions, telecommunications failures, and cyberattacks).
• Errors in game or bet settlement caused by data feed failures or third-party supplier issues, where gl777 acts reasonably and promptly to correct any identified errors.
• Any loss of gambling winnings or opportunity where account suspension or restriction was applied pursuant to these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gl777's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gl777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Termination of Account

Either you or gl777 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your gl777 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
• Termination by gl777: gl777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; regulatory instruction; or account inactivity.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may elect to submit the matter to the competent courts located in the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits gl777's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court or tribunal.
